Ingredients
- 1/2 to 1 cup plain, unsweetened yogurt

- - cinnamon
- - drizzle raw honey
- - fresh or frozen berries
- - 1/2 banana, sliced
- - chopped nuts
- - hemp, chia, sunflower or pumpkin seeds
- - unsweetened coconut flakes
- - bee pollen
- - flax seeds
- - cacao nibs
- - puffed quinoa, amaranth or sorghum
Directions
- Step 1 In a bowl, cup, or single serve yogurt container, add your favorite stir-ins and toppings!
- Step 2 HIGHER DOSE
- Step 3 Sometimes I add some high density plant-based nutrition and color to my yogurt, filled with chlorophyll, amino acids, and B-vitamins.
- Step 4 • For a cosmic blue bowl, add 1/4 teaspoon of e3 live blue majik powder, and for a green bowl add a 1/4 teaspoon chlorella or spirulina. To cut the ‘green’ taste, add a drizzle of raw honey.
