VEGAN ‘ICE CREAM’

Ingredients
- ½ to 1 cup frozen banana (best if frozen ahead of time in slices or small chunks)
- ½ to 1 cup avocado, mango, peaches, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries or any of your favorite fruit
- 2 tablespoons coconut milk or almond milk, or more
- TOPPINGS
- shredded coconut
- toasted almonds
- mint
Directions
- Step 1 Combine the bananas, and/or other fruit in a food processor. Add a little almond or coconut milk and blend until combined. Serve immediately in bowls or pretty glasses.
