  • Siete Almond, Cashew or Cassava wraps (best warmed)
  • Nuco Raw Coconut wraps (no heating required)
  • CHOOSE YOUR VEGETABLES
  • Sautéed mushrooms, bell peppers, onions, zucchini, broccolini, or anything you love
  • Roasted delicata squash
  • Sliced watermelon radish, purple daikon, jicama, black radish, snap peas, tomatoes or pickled carrots
  • CHOOSE YOUR PROTEIN
  • Black Beans
  • Sautéed shrimp
  • Fish
  • Seared steak
  • Sautéed chicken
  • Tofu or tempeh
  • Scrambled eggs
  • CHOOSE YOUR TOPPINGS
  • Salsa verde
  • Pico de gallo
  • Guacamole
  • Fresh cilantro or basil
  • Your favorite dairy or non-dairy cheese
Directions
  • Step 1 These tacos are meant to be prepared family-style. Choose your taco style (or styles) and fill with your favorite vegetables, protein, and garnishes from som of the suggestions provided.
