ROASTED SALMON

Ingredients
- 1 lb salmon fillet, center cut
- Sesame oil or olive oil
- Northwest Salmon Rub from The Spice + Tea Exchange, or your favorite rub
Directions
- Step 1 Heat oven to 375°F.
- Step 2 Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish or on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Step 3 Drizzle a little oil on each fillet and sprinkle with your favorite spice rub.
- Step 4 Bake for 14 to18 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillets and your own preference.
- Step 5 While salmon is cooking, prepare a batch of rice, and make a simple salad tossed with your favorite dressing.
