Ingredients
  • 5 oz fresh lime juice
  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
  • 3 ½ TBS grated lime zest
  • 2 TBS grated lemon zest
  • 2 TBS raw honey
  • 1 2-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and sliced
  • 20 mint leaves, plus more for garnish
  • 10 strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • Ice
  • Lime wedges
  • Edible flowers
Directions
  • Step 1 Place lime and lemon juices and zests in a heatproof pitcher, add honey, ginger, and mint leaves. Stir in 4 ½ cups boiling water. Set aside to steep and cool for 1 hour.
  • Step 2 Purée the strawberries in a blender until smooth. Stir strawberry purée into zest-and-ginger mixture . Serve over ice garnished with fresh mint leaves, limes wedges and edible flowers.
