GINGER, STRAWBERRY, MINT LIMEADE

Ingredients
- 5 oz fresh lime juice
- ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
- 3 ½ TBS grated lime zest
- 2 TBS grated lemon zest
- 2 TBS raw honey
- 1 2-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and sliced
- 20 mint leaves, plus more for garnish
- 10 strawberries, hulled and sliced
- Ice
- Lime wedges
- Edible flowers
Directions
- Step 1 Place lime and lemon juices and zests in a heatproof pitcher, add honey, ginger, and mint leaves. Stir in 4 ½ cups boiling water. Set aside to steep and cool for 1 hour.
- Step 2 Purée the strawberries in a blender until smooth. Stir strawberry purée into zest-and-ginger mixture . Serve over ice garnished with fresh mint leaves, limes wedges and edible flowers.
