‘CHEESE’ BOARD

Ingredients
- Cheese: 3 vegan cheeses (a mix of different styles)
- Savory: 1 jar of olive tapenade or walnut pâté
- Sweet: 1 jar of fig preserves or a sweet jam
- Baguette: 1-2 loaves of gluten-free baguette, or 1 box crackers
- Salty: cornichons, olives, or olive oil-marinated artichokes
- Fruit: 1 small bunch of grapes, fresh figs, cherries, pears
- Nuts: 1 cup of toasted nuts
- Vegetables: sliced watermelon radish, purple daikon, kohlrabi, and sprigs of fresh herbs, edible flowers
Directions
- Step 1 On a large platter, place your cheese, tapenade, pate, and preserves on the board. Balance the height, colors, textures.
- Step 2 Add sprigs of herbs and colorful vegetables in small clusters.
- Step 3 Place the olives, artichokes close to the cheeses, or in small little jars on the board.
- Step 4 Add small bunches of grapes figs, and sprinkling of nuts to fill out empty spaces.
- Step 5 If you have room, add the sliced baguette and/or crackers on the platter, or in a basket next to the cheese board.
