I’m not saying this recipe is going to get you a bikini body, but it sure satisfies that take-out noodle craving, especially on a hot August night in New York City! And, it’s seriously so much better than anything you could ever order out. If you’re looking to add more protein, garnish with some shrimp, tofu, chicken, or egg. I hope you enjoy as much we did!
When I was a chef at Pure Food + Wine (RIP), I was often tasked with making the collard wraps, which were as delicious as they were labor intensive! This collard wrap is a mega-simplified version. It fills the sandwich or wrap craving when you’re trying to eat mostly salads 😉
My grandmother used to make Goulash and it was my favorite dish. I can still smell the aromas of it cooking in her kitchen. Food memories are real!
